The hotel was amazing and being able to watch the balloons from right outside our room was incredible! Several local restaurants within a short walk. It’s was really cool to say in a cave hotel and just a note that because it’s inside a cave, it’s slightly damp. Wonderful place to stay!

I absolutely loved the stay at Phocas. Even if they don’t speak English well they manage to help you out in very possible way. The staff is so caring and welcoming to all tourists. I would must must must recommend to stay here due to its prime location and the property itself and the staff and service is just gold served in a plate

Fantastic property with a great view of balloons in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The walk up to the hotel from the main road is a little steep, but worth it. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however the staff work with neighbouring properties to coordinate getting in and out quickly and easily. Several great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a short walk to Çavusin Castle or nearby valleys with fairy chimneys.

The only think I like about this property was the view, everything else wasn’t good especially the room it has a mold smell we couldn’t sleep all night the bed cover felt wet from the mold so we had to switch rooms and that also limited. It’s hard to park, and the breakfast was included it wasn’t really good.

I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning. There are several things that I disappointed me: 1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around. 2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services. 3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air. 4. The towels were old and had holes. 5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family. Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying.

O quarto que foi designado estava com problemas (ar conducionado, cheio de moscas e a descarga nao funcionava). Fomos imediatamente movidos para outro quarto sem nenhum custo adicional. O quarto era bem grande, o banho era tudo de bom, mas falta cuidado!! As luzes nao acendiam todas e tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Novamente os funcionários foram super atenciosos e o gerente Bekir resolvia todos nossas requisições.

Odamız temiz, kahvaltımız yeterliydi. Bizi karşılayan Serkan beyin otel ve Kapadokya hakkında bilgilendirmesi bizi çok memnun etti. Otopark problemi yaşadik, park yeri yeterli değildi, aracımızı aşağı sokağa park ettik. Sabah balonların kalkışını izleyebilirsiniz konumu güzel bir yerde. Mağara otelde kalmak isteyenler tercih edebilir.

Giriş ve karşılama mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı çok düz sıcak olarak sadace patates kızartması vardı.ama bizim için en önemlisi temizlikti ve kötüydü. Terliklerde sarı lekeler vardı. Yenisini istedik oda lekeli geldi banyo ayak havlusu lekeliydi. Yenisi istediğimizde getirdiler ama genel olarak oda çok temiz hissettirmedi biz standart oda değilde balkonlu oda tuttuk. Balon izleme için ihtiyaçları karşılıyor.

Maalesef bu otelde konaklama deneyimimiz beklentimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Standart mağara odada kaldık ancak odadaki nem ve rutubet seviyesi gerçekten rahatsız edici boyuttaydı. Odaya girer girmez ağır bir rutubet kokusu hissediliyordu ve pencere olmadığı için içerisi neredeyse hiç hava almıyordu. Bir süre sonra odada durmak bile zorlaşmaya başladı. Özellikle gece uyurken nefes almakta zorlandık. Çarşaflar sürekli nemliydi; sanki tam kurumadan yatağa serilmiş gibiydi. Üzerinize sürekli soğuk ve ıslak bir hava çöküyordu. Mağara otellerde hafif nem normal olabilir ancak burada durum kesinlikle normal seviyede değildi. Sağlıklı ve rahat şekilde uyunabilecek bir ortam yoktu. Temizlik konusunda da ciddi problemler yaşadık. Klozette ve çarşaflarda erkek kılları vardı. Durumu ilettiğimizde ise “temizlik sırasında düşmüştür, olur böyle şeyler” şeklinde oldukça umursamaz bir cevap aldık. Odanın değiştirilmesini rica ettik ve başka bir mağara odaya geçtik ancak orada kalan misafirlerin de aynı yoğun nem ve rutubet nedeniyle otelden ayrıldığını öğrendik. Buna rağmen çözüm konusunda yeterli destek göremedik. Sonunda son gün otel değiştirmek zorunda kaldık ve değiştirdiğimize gerçekten sevindik. Yeni geçtiğimiz otelde temiz ve kuru bir ortamda kalabilmek bile büyük bir rahatlık oldu. Bu otelde kalmayı düşünenlere özellikle mağara oda konusunda çok dikkatli olmalarını öneririm. Olumlu tek tarafı ise terasıydı; sabah balonları izlemek için güzel bir manzara sunuyordu.

Otel temizdi İlk gittiğimiz gün oda biraz soğuktu sezon tam açılmadığı için galiba ilk kalan bizdik ikinci gün oda daha sıcaktı odamız her gün temizlendi kahvaltısı yeterliydi çok fazla çeşit yoktu ama gayet doyurucuydu. Otel biraz yüksekte terastan balonlar görünüyor yorumlarını gördüğüm için tercih etmiştim ama balon kalkmadı. Çalışanlar ilgili küçük bir otoparkı var sezonda muhtemelen yer olmayacaktır.

Balonları izlemek için mükemmel konum. Oda temizdi, kahvaltı fiyata göre daha iyi olabilirdi. Oda nemli ve soğuktu. Otopark ciddi bir sorun ama yardımcı oluyorlar.
