Le Mont Brenn****: cosy apartment on the banks of the Yonne in Auxerre

Our apartment, Le Mont Brenn, rated 4**** under the “Meublés de Tourisme” classification, is located just a stone’s throw from the banks of the Yonne River in Auxerre, Burgundy. Located in a small building on a quiet, low-traffic side street, this 40-square-meter historic apartment, with its exposed beams, has been fully renovated to provide you with excellent comfort during your stay and has been tastefully decorated. The apartment features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, pod coffee maker, dishes, and kitchen utensils, as well as a dining table. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed to accommodate two additional guests, a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, and access to Netflix. Games for the whole family, children’s toys, and books are available to keep you entertained in the evenings. A beautiful bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest in a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Organic bed linens are provided, as well as bath linens, including towels and dressing gowns. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, and a wall-mounted cabinet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The apartment is easily accessible as it is located on the ground floor. A public car park located 20 metres away allows you to park your vehicle at any time. Self-check-in is available via a secure key box. Amandine and Tommy, your hosts, know the region inside and out. Amandine is a tour guide and can arrange guided tours and tasting tours in the region. Tommy is an organic farmer and winemaker and can recommend great places to visit. The apartment is ideally located in the historic centre of Auxerre, in the Marine area.
