The staff were all kind and helpful. The wine Shuttle was great and our guide/driver, Luke was fun, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff in the restaurant were also friendly and took good care of us.The room was very nice, quiet and clean. First time here and we will be coming back!

My husband and I booked a trip in the winter. There weren’t as many options open in town but we made the best of our trip. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was tasty, rinks were delicious, and the staff were amazing. A snow storm came during our visit and we needed to book an extra night. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Restaurant service was understaffed. Food was so so. Fish and chips was greasy and had too much breading. Gym was fine as was room. Weather was rough with a mild snow storm and cold temperatures. Could explain staffing issues.

We love a quick getaway

We love this hotel. It was not a busy weekend, wish we would have been given a room with a balcony or patio. Provided 6 pods of regular coffee which was nice (usually only given 2 at other hotels and I always forget to ask for more) Our pillows were very hard for our liking, no soft ones at all in the room/closet. The reading light was missing on my side of the bed, a cover was placed over the old lighting, instead of putting a new reading light. Value: not so good

Pool area and outside hot tub were awesome and the worker constantly went around cleaning and restocking towels. The lobby was decorated beautifully. We come here every year as a mini getaway. We will be back next winter. ❤️

We had a family evening and reserved 5 rooms. We also rented a party room. The sales lady (Victoria) was very helpful and courteous!!! The place was so beautifully decorated for the holiday. Love it there
