DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — IT’S A COMPLETE SCAM I cannot stress this enough: stay far, far away from this company if you value your money, time, or sanity. They lure you in with listings for so-called “luxury properties” at premium prices, promising premium amenities and a top-tier experience. What you actually get is nowhere near what they advertise — the property we booked was run-down, dirty, and the majority of the amenities didn’t even work. To make matters worse, some of the issues were downright dangerous: we had a gas leak that they brushed off and never properly addressed. When we asked for reimbursement or even basic customer support, they hide behind AI “agents” that churn out canned excuses and stall tactics designed to wear you down until you give up. This company is an outright scam — they take your money, deliver none of what they promise, and then gaslight you into accepting it. I repeat: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. You will absolutely regret It.
