A lot of homeless people live on the street, so its not so clean, but lots of nice bars and jazzclubs like the elephant room was really great.

What stands out the most is how friendly and courteous the staff is. Everyone from the Valet guys who were the first to great us with a smile and welcome to the Hyatt through the check in staff members at the front desk AND the staff who was working in the breakfast area the next morning. We were greeted with a smile and kind words. We felt extremely welcome. Kudo's to your entire staff at you downtown location!

Staff was very attentive -- special shout out to Norberto for being friendly and welcoming. Great stay near the downtown area with a tin of options forndining and shopping. Will stay here again the next time Austin is the destination.
