Beautiful Stay at Hotel Viata, Austin TX Hotel Viata is a hidden gem in Austin! The location is perfect — close enough to the city to enjoy everything Austin has to offer, yet tucked away in a peaceful, scenic area that feels like a relaxing retreat. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and welcoming, with wonderful amenities that make your stay extra comfortable. But the real highlight of my visit was Chandler, the hotel’s driver. He went above and beyond to make my stay seamless — from airport pickup and drop-off to taking me around town and even bringing me to another hotel for a conference. His service is incredibly professional, personable, and much more affordable (and pleasant!) than using Uber. He drives a spotless car and has such a charming, friendly personality that makes every ride enjoyable. If you’re staying at Hotel Viata, definitely ask for Chandler — he’s truly one of the hotel’s best assets!

The worst service I’ve encountered! I made reservations and paid. I showed to and the front desk young inexperienced guy said he was fully booked and he couldn’t help me. He talked to the manager after I showed him I paid and my reservations. He said they had to turn me away because they were sold out. So I left. They called and sent me a text asking me how my check in was. Umm, I didn’t. They asked me how my stay was going. Umm, I didn’t get to stay there. I will never step foot in this place. They lack customer service and it shows by the people they have hired and their awful systems in place. Go somewhere else!!!!
