This house was misrepresented in the ad. The listing makes it look modern and inviting. In reality, the exterior is the worst on the block. The yard is not maintained, the shrubs, trees and grass are overgrown, the house needs painted, the windows are old and some don't even open, and there was garbage in the yard. The carport roof leaks when it rains and the attic access in the carport was open. On the interior, the king bed is broken, creating a sink hole on one side. The queen bed is very uncomfortable. Both beds were mattresses on slats, no boxspring. One of the dining chairs is broken. The couch is filthy and uncomfortable. The bathrooms do not have a vent fan, nor do the windows open. The tub fills with water when the shower is used. There are no grab bars in the shower, creating an unsafe experience. Due to no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, condensation collects on the ceiling and drips on you after a shower. The AC works, but is extremely loud. The TV has 2 white spots on the screen. The Keurig doesn't work properly. There is no dishwasher. The ice/water dispenser filter hasn't been changed. The backyard patio was covered in debris. No good kitchen knives. Night time busy street noise and nearby train. Carport light is burnt out. The laundry is in the carport, and the washer leaks. The curtains in the king bed room are moth-eaten and one of the closet doors is broken. The only Pros we have are location and the host was quick to respond to communication.
