Comfortable but a long way from the port

This hotel offers a comfortable stay. The breakfast is included and of very good quality. For me it was an emergency stay due to missing the boat… They have a shuttle bus to the station… €10.

Property is beat down. Furniture and everything is worn down and old All around cleanliness very poor. Elevator stinks! Like has not been cleaned in ages. Bathroom stained and room below par ! I’ve stayed in motels way better than this Night attendant was rude. Room key broke easily (yes this property still uses old worn out metal keys! Not cards!) and front desk attendant was very rude and accusative. Like I would do that on purpose. When locksmith came in, he clearly said that it would take a giant to break that key Breakfast was bland at best Only stayed one night for cruise. But definitely would not ever stay there again. Front desk morning clerk did not get us a taxi either !!!! very unpleasant!!! - resulting in us not getting our prior booked tour of over $700.00 not refundable !!! We arranged for a driver from the hotel to pick us up at the airport, he was on time and very friendly. The hotel is very welcoming, our room was more spacious than expected (we booked a suite) everything was clean and fresh. Bed is quite firm but comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here,
