to make the most of summer, in a very privileged setting. The port of Saint Goustan and the town of Auray are within walking distance. A little gem. A must-see!
The house comprises, on the second floor, a shared living-dining room with built-in kitchen.
Upstairs, a TV room and bathroom (1 bath, 1 sink and toilet) form a second living space.
The upper floor comprises two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 x 160cm bed, Bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm bunk beds with an additional 90cm bed) and a bathroom (1 shower, 1 washbasin and 1 WC).
Upstairs, a TV lounge and a bathroom with bath and WC form a second living area.
The upper floor comprises two bedrooms and a shower room with WC. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a couple. The house can accommodate 6 people.
It's a little nugget in an exceptional location, ideal for an unforgettable vacation and for enjoying the region to the full. Not to be missed.
