Bed covers did not look clean and if they were clean, were highly stained. Metal folding closet doors were taped together, the locks to the front door looked like they were home-repaired with an ill-fitting key hole. Motels have been better kept. Due to the conditions in the room, I did not attempt any breakfast provided in the morning as the general distrust toward the property cleanliness was already piqued.

Beds were not clean blood and urine stains. No light bulbs in fixtures. Cigarette were put out on walls and light fixtures. Staff wasnt helpful. Was not in a safe location

The toilet stopped working after I flushed it once. Maintenance never came. The sheets were dirty. There was a dead spider on the sheets. Laundry staff left for the day and took the keys so we couldn’t get new blankets. Property was filthy. We ended up going to a different hotel the same day.

I had paid for my trip with Expedia I show up to check in and I’m told no rooms available I showed I’d already paid and was offered a “room that wasn’t ready” it was ok but the door wouldn’t accept a key card. I was told to come back by the front desk the next day. The issue persisted and they had me change rooms. I ended up in a smaller room that was dirty and had no hot water I went to the front desk multiple times and asked finally I was told it wouldn’t likely be back until the next day. So we ended up checking out per Expedia and the front desk guy gave me a hard time. It was awful.

THIS IS ONE MOTEL I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE TRY TO STAY AGAIN! FOR ONE THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I HAVE TRIED TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION JUST TO HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND HAVE TO TURN AROUND WITH MY WIFE AND HAVE TO LEAVE. WE STAYED ONCE AND WE WEREN'T CHARGED A DEPOSIT BY THE FIRST WORKER AND IT WENT OK. ALL OTHER TIMES THE OWNERS HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN WE TRY TO GET A ROOM AND NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL BUT THEY ARE TRULY VERY RACIST. I WATCHED ON EVERY VISIT TO HERE EVERY RACE BUT MINE, IM A BLACK MAN COME IN BEFORE ME GET A ROOM AND NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND I WALK UP EACH TIME THEY WANT THE ROOM RENT AND 100 TO 150 DEPOSIT WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO ME AND UNFAIR. NOW MY WIFE IS WHITE AND I AM NOT BLAMING ANY RACE FOR THIS BECAUSE I SEE ALL RACES THE SAME. WE ALL BLEED RED AT THE END OF THE DAY AND THERE IS BEAUTY AND UGLY IN ALL RACES. BUT THE PEOPLE THAT WERE DOING THIS WHICH WERE ALL INDIAN DO NOT NEED THIS RED ROOF ON WASHINGTON RD IN AUGUSTA, GA BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS OWNERS OR RUNNERS WHATSOEVER!!! I AM VERY DISCUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND ID RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO ONE STAY AT THIS MOTEL EVER FOR ANY REASON!!! The front desk stated that breakfast was from 6 to 9 when my husband and I went to eat there was nothing left so we basically did not receive any breakfast that morning from the hotel we paid for. We stay there a lot but I didn’t like the fact that she didn’t tell us to come early
