You will find everything you need in this 5 bedroom immaculate 2800 sq foot home that sleeps up to ten located on 1.3 acres with a large backyard (great space for outdoor activities). There is a deck with a charcoal grill and bean bag toss game. The home is only 5 miles from the Augusta National and 1.5 miles from Jones Creek Golf Course. It is 1 mile from the Savannah River and the historic Augusta canal where there is the opportunity to rent kayaks and bikes and take walks along the beautiful canal road or you can take a cruise down the canal. There are 5 bedrooms/3 full baths. The den has a cathedral ceiling, 2 comfortable recliners, couch and sitting chair with a 42" digital TV w/surround sound and many satellite channels (Golf Channel included). The dining room seats 8 and the breakfast area 6. The kitchen's stainless steel appliances include a dbl door refrigerator/ice maker, oven and microwave oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, glassware and utensils. There is a washer/dryer in the utility room along with an extra refrigerator. The Master bath is huge and has double vanities. The Master bedroom has a king adjustable bed. There is another bedroom on the main floor with a single bed and a bathroom w/shower next to it. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor - one w/a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a queen and a single bed. The home includes 4 digital TV's. There is also a living room with all new furniture offering another gathering area. It also has a large front porch. Children are welcome! A pack & play and high chair is available if needed. Great house with plenty of room

Kathy was fantastic. This was my second time to stay at this home. Lot's of room for a golf group to relax after a day on the course. Convienient to Rhineharts and Washington Ave.

A group of 8 of us stayed at this wonderful home while we were in Georgia for the cycling national championships . The home was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Awesome place to stay!

We enjoyed this 5 bedroom very spacious & clean house while in Augusta for my nephews wedding. Great location. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom shower was amazing. The backyard and deck area was great for hanging out with family. I would rent this house again if I was ever back in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

some friends and I went had a girls weekend along with a convention to attend in Augusta. This home was beautiful, cozy and comfortable..and the owner welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She met us at the home and gave us a tour and specifics of the home. She also recommended local restaurants. This home was close to town yet far away enough not to be in the busy city part of Augusta. It had everything we needed, the description and pictures are perfect.

Fantastic place to stay with your family. Our family of nine spent five nights in this comfortable house. There was plenty of room to spread out. The owner went above and beyond leaving extra towels, snacks, and local information. If we are back in the area we will use this home again!

So darn nice!

Kathy was a sweetheart! She was so helpful and welcoming. The house is beautiful and felt like home. Good space inside and out! The yard is spacious for some football or wiffle ball etc.. We really enjoyed the home. The the front lawn set up made for some really good groomsmen photos! (We were there for a wedding). Overall 5/5
