Excellent visit to this Augusta Holiday Inn and Suites from checking in till checkout. The staff was so friendly. Very clean Hotel. If my travels bring me back to Augusta, I would certainly love to stay here again.

Nicole- the woman who checked us in was amazing and so kind. The other staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. We had a stay booked for 2 nights. At one point in time, both key cards stopped working and we were locked out of our room with an infant and hands full. No apologies were handed out and the staff was questioning us as to what we did wrong for it to quit working. Extremely loud at night due to construction or some banging outside. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. We will return to this property. Ms Shauna was excellent.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly front desk staff. They checked up in quickly and we went to our room. It was spacious, clean and fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with our young kids so the indoor pool was perfect for getting their energy out. The amenities and facilities were well kept. The breakfast offered was great! They had so many options from omelets to bagels and biscuits and gravy. The hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Augusta area.

Grand with greatness

Had the best service front desk employees in the world they were quick to help friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in August Georgia.
