My room was not clean I had to switch rooms to go to a room with dirty floors. I was told that I was going to have someone to mop my floors the next day while I was work, but it was never done

Called hotel.com the next day and they said they were goung to keep my miney because i cinsidered asca no show. How is thatvwhen you didntvsend the address or the damn confirmation number. So they said they still keeping my money. I Paid for a room twice. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM I surely will not book with them again

The GM was super friendly, the front desk lady ( I don’t remember her name) was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not enough towels, bathroom sink drained poorly and the fridge wasn’t very cold even on the lowest setting. That’s about all the negatives, and none of these were really that big of a deal. The overall style and cleanliness was excellent, shower pressure was great, breakfast was really good.

The lady who checked my in was extremely nice and helpful. The parking was free and good. The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice. I remembered you try it. I will definitely stay there again.
