Super host on Air B B. Very close to Medical district, downtown Augusta Univ, and North Augusta. Walkable neighborhood with neighbor lake and multiple historic "Augusta Canal Trails" to walk, bike, etc. Guests will find two king bedrooms, a bunk queen bed with upper twin bed, perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms featuring showers and an amazing private office, everyone can enjoy comfort and convenience. The space stays cozy year-round with heating and AC, lots of seating at the island and dining room table, movies on either the living room large tv or even the custom mounted kitchen tv, making it an enjoyable retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, hanging on the large covered modern back porch, playing on the huge back outdoor patio or yard or planning your next adventure, this delightful bungalow offers a welcoming home base.
