Beautiful two story home located in Evans, GA with 5 bedrooms including large golf room, 3 full baths and one half bath, landscaped yard and spacious backyard with pool and hot tub. Backyard features include a saltwater pool with hot tub, fire bowls and water features, covered outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, barstools, bench area, outdoor games (dartboard, ping pong table, corn hole) and large covered sitting area, a covered and screened patio, and an additional patio with table and chairs. An additional double air mattress is available if needed.
Spacious, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, Keurig, toaster, can opener and outdoor gas grill, Blackstone grill, Kamado Joe grill and Rec Tech grill.
Wireless internet throughout the home, even when outside, and washer & dryer are available. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a saltwater pool and hot tub in the backyard. This neighborhood, Riverwood, is very convenient to Publix and CVS for all your grocery and personal needs, less than 0.5 mile away. Excellent property and wonderful hosts
Cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts! Excellent in every way. Would work for any occasion/visit but also perfect for attending the Masters. Very easy commute. The very best!!!!

Great house for our stay at the Masters!!!!
Walk in to a welcome basket of snacks and a nice bottle of bourbon for a group of bourbon lovers. House very clean with a nice backyard and hot tub. Utilized all 3 grills for when we ate in. Owner very easy to deal with and made this a great experience. Short drive to Masters, golf courses and restaurants. Owner recommended some nice spots we checked out. Would definitely recommend this house just make sure to do what we did and treat it like your own as we may use again if available.
