Staff is so helpful always smiling nothin was too much hassle

We very much appreciate Linda agreeing to facilitating 3 couples in the accommodation. Linda's response time on our queries was good. Unfortunately the water heater for showers did not work on our arrival, However, Linda arranged to send out a repair person and the system was up and running within an hour. Unfortunately the same problem occurred the following day and again we had to wait for a repair person to come out. The unit needs replacing not repairing

The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay was ok, but the owner was barbaric
