Lovely stay by the beach

We received a very warmly welcome from Wally and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment has access to the beach and enough facilities for a comfortable stay for a few days. We stayed in August and there were lifeguards on the beach and two great food trucks beside the property. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Wally and Jade.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar. Die Vermieterin hat uns so herzlich in Empfang genommen und wunderbar begleitet, dass uns der Abschied nicht leicht gefallen ist. Die Natur in der Näheren Umgebung ist wunderschön, sodass man auch tolle Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Einschlafen und Aufwachen mit der Brandung im Ohr inclusive. Unser Hund wurde nicht nur toleriert - er war willkommen und durfte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen.

Der Standort zählt

Das Pendant eines ehemaligen Hotels liegt an einer tollen, ruhigen Lage, Blick aufs Meer mit Morgen- und Abendsonne. Wir sind täglich mit Meerrauschen eingeschlafen und aufgewacht. Thierry und Wally sind tolle Gastgeber, die schnell auf Mängel reagierten und sie zeitnah behoben. Einmal wurden wir zu einem Frühstück eingeladen. Wir schätzten die gut funktionierende Heizung, damit unsere Wäsche trocknen konnte. Nach einer Woche erhielten wir neue Bettwäsche und Badetücher. Wir waren die ersten Mieter dieses Objektes. Vor Ort gab es kein WLAN (wie in der Beschreibung angegeben) und trotz Bemühungen von Thierry und Wally mussten wir bis am Schluss des Aufenthaltes privat für Internetanschluss aufkommen. Alle Angebote funktionierten trotz unseres erheblichem Zeitaufwands nicht. Die Wohnung wurde nach Bemängelung am Anfang tipptopp gereinigt. Die neu installierte Kochgelegenheit war wie beschrieben klein und lediglich mit dem Wesentlichen ausgerüstet. Man musste sich organisieren, wenn man Kochen wollte. Der Strom fiel mehrmals während unseres Aufenthaltes aus. Trotz aussergewöhnlich viel Regen und Wind hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der unserer Meinung nach etwas zu hohe Mietpreis wird v.a. mit dem Blick aufs Meer begründet.

Lage direkt am Strand

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand in Appartement im Charme der ‘70er. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, top Kommunikation - auf alle Wünsche vor Ort wurde eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
