This F3 apartment of 60mÂČ area, at 2 Quai Anatole France, 2nd floor, the facade is exposed to SUD is located in the heart of the city, the harbor, close to shops.
Renovated in 2011, it combines modern comfort with the charm of a breathtaking view of the harbor, providing
an ever-spectacular of its balconies.

Its capacity is 4 people.

Comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player.

Cute apartment at the harbour of Audierne

Nice apartment directly at the harbour front in Audierne. As the two bedrooms are in the back, it was so quite to have a good sleep there. Brigitte is a very good host and was available all the time.

An absolutely clean, comfortable appartement in a perfect setting. Uncomparable harbour view. Unloading and loading in front of the door. 300 m to a free parking area. Staircase ist not really suitable for disabled persons. Key handover and introduction very friendly.

Absolutes Desaster!

WĂ€hrend meiner Anreise (1.200km) bekam ich die Nachricht, dass die Heizung defekt sei und man mir eine alternative Möglichkeit der Unterbringung im Apartment der Schwester anbieten könnte. Die Lage wĂ€re fast genauso gut und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ich kam am nĂ€chsten Morgen in ein winziges und ungeputztes Apartment mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz und sollte auch noch fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche bezahlen!! Nach der langen Anfahrt war ich leider zu erschöpft um adequat zu handeln und blieb leider. Durch die eisige KĂ€lte im Apartment und dem völlig ausgekĂŒhlten GebĂ€ude wurde ich krank. Von der Vermieterin wurde ich immer nur vertröstet, dass der Heizungsmonteur montags nicht arbeite, dass ein Teil ersetzt werden mĂŒsse und es erst beschafft werden mĂŒsse etc. Als ich sagte, dass es mir jetzt reiche und nach 5 Tagen abreiste, hieß es plötzlich, jetzt könne ich umziehen! Ich habe stattdessen dankend abgelehnt und bin immer noch krank nach Hause gefahren. Aus einem entspannten Arbeitsurlaub mit schöner Aussicht ist somit bei mir eine totale EnttĂ€uschung, Arbeitsausfall, Krankheit und völlige Erschöpfung geworden.

Un gĂźte au centre de la ville

4 x Top fĂŒr: ‱ Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin und Übergabe vor Ort ‱ Sauberkeit ‱ Einrichtung der Wohnung / Ausstattung ‱ Aussicht und Lage, Audierne allgemein Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der komplett ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbringen können. Die Kommunikation zwischen Buchung und Anreise war immer flott, sehr freundlich und unseren WĂŒnschen wurde entsprochen. Wir können einen Urlaub in Audierne und insbesondere in der Wohnung von Brigit nur voll und ganz empfehlen: Audierne ist ein schönes kleines StĂ€dtchen mit tollem Hafen, Restaurants (Orizhon), Cafes, Straßen, BĂ€ckern... und sogar mit einer urigen Kneipe (LÂŽescale). Obwohl wir im Juli dort waren, wirkte Audierne nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Internet war schnell genug, um TV zu sehen und gleichzeit zu arbeiten. Die Beleuchtung ermöglicht auch indirektes Licht. Die Balkone bieten Platz fĂŒr je zwei Personen und ermöglichen es, das quirlige Treiben auf der Strasse und im Hafen zu beobachten -stundenlang! Ab ca. 22h ist es auch vorne ruhig, es passieren nur wenige Autos. Die Schlafzimmer liegen rĂŒckwĂ€rtig - hier ist es selbst tagsĂŒber absolut ruhig. Zum Treppenhaus und Parkplatzsituation: Es könnte ohne Zweifel eine Renovierung gebrauchen, ist aber weniger schlimm als wir aufgrund der Kommentare angenommen hatten. Trotz Juli hatten wir immer einen Platz in 5 Minuten Wir werden ohne Zweifel erneut diese Wohnung buchen! **EMPFEHLUNG**

Appartement spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Tout se fait Ă  pied. Un bĂ©mol pour les possibilitĂ©s de parking (zone bleue en face de l’appartement ok pour le hors saison, sinon il faut se garer +/- 300m)
