It was perfect for our quick getaway for Spring Break. Location was amazing.. it was not quiet at night.. but we expected that and wasn’t a problem for our family. Everything was comfortable.. being an older building showers were small but again that was not a surprise and not an issue. Great communication with owner. Readily available to help! We had a nice stay. The location of the property was great - could walk everywhere. It was a little bit noisy, but to be expected in the middle of the night scene of Auburn. Having an assigned parking space was nice: however someone was parked in our space. Luckily another was open, so we used it but I do wonder what would’ve happened if there hadn’t been an open spot. We reported it to the management company, but never did hear back. Clean place and had all the essentials. Beds and couch were not overly comfortable and the WiFi was out while we were there, but was fine for the one night we stayed.

Awesome spot in the heart of Auburn. Off street parking included is a great plus. Apartment is spacious and well designed. Steps from Toomer’s Corner. The smell from the beignet place below the apartment is heavenly, and the beignets taste as good as they smell. Nice turf area between apartment and Target for a small child to run around on. My family had an awesome time exploring Auburn and found this apartment to be the perfect jumping off spot. The steps to the apartments are challenging for some elderly people but my 75 y.o. mom handled them okay. Showers are very small, but reflective of the era in which the apartment was built. There will be some street noise at night, typical college kids out and about. Would definitely book here again.
