The hotel staff was amazing and the lobby, and the room were very clean. While the lobby, and the rooms were updated the only drawback was a very, very old bathroom but it was clean so it worked for us for a quick trip

I would not recommend this hotel. The room had bugs, which was unacceptable and made it feel dirty from the start. On top of that, the hallways and even the room smelled strongly of weed. It was not the professional or relaxing environment I expected when booking. Between the cleanliness issues and the overall atmosphere, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I needed to change rooms two time upon arrival due to bugs in the first room, and dirty comforters and bathroom in the second. The first two rooms smelled like mildew and my final room had an odd smell. I purchased an odor eliminator for my room which helped remove the smell. I needed my trash emptied so I left it outside of my room to make it easier for the cleaning staff and returned to my room to a note telling me to empty my own trash down the hall or outside. This is definitely poor customer service as customers should not be expected to empty their trash. The highlight of my stay was the front desk clerk, I believe his name was DK was very kind and accommodating. I appreciated that in such a typically frustrating situation.

Good for in and out

It was easy to get in and out of the hotel location wise. Check in/out was simple. For a non-football weekend the hotel was loud at night. It is supposedly getting a remodel but I cannot see any work that has been done since my last stay over a year ago.

Great price for all you have in the room!

Very friendly staff, everything clean, beds very comfy and rooms fully equipped with everything you need to stay an extended period. The gym is also nice. I would stay again!

This hotel was so bad. The room was filthy-really disgusting. Orange slime mild and black fuzzy mild in the grout in the shower, greasy dirt build up in the corners and in the wall trim, the hard floors were filthy and the carpet was stained. The metal surfaces were rusted, and one of the chairs looked like it had been shredded by an animal-cracked, peeling, and the metal screws poked through the seat. The curtains were stained, too. The A/C had a motion detected on/off system, so it went off in the middle of the night and the room got so hot and humid they I was up three times in the middle of the night to wave my hand in front of the motion detector. The room also smelled like dog. It was really awful-the worse room I have stayed in ever. It was also expensive because we were there for move-in at Auburn. It really is unscrupulous to charge that much money for the terrible amenities. I do have to say that the front seat staff was fine. Competent, efficient, and kind. I actually feel sorry for them having to work there. Either the cleaning staff is incompetent and management never checks the rooms, or they are intentionally not cleaning between customers and they do not care. Bare bones, no maid service unless you are there for seven days, and really worn, dirty rooms. I am thankful I travel with Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, and alcohol wipes. Even so we put garbage bags in the seats of the other beat up chair and the recliner to sit on. I wish I could submit pictures.
