Located 15 minutes from the A28 motorway (Le Mans-Tours), exit 26, and 1.5 km from the "Loir à Vélo" cycling route (La Flèche-Vendôme axis). It accommodates 7 people on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.
Ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 dining room with fireplace (insert), sofa bed, and television. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed. 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
