Amazing hotel. Nice amenities. Best breakfast set up I have seen in a long time. Great verity. Nice adds for the oatmeal, sliced almonds, cranberries and brown sugar. Dining area has a nice setup.

The only time I spoke with staff was really during check in. She was polite and respectful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. When we were eating breakfast and before we left I noticed that the person working front desk kept going outside to smoke. People were looking for the front desk person but she was still outside. Otherwise it was great.

The room was dirty, shoes stuck to the bathroom floor while walking across so had to use towels all on the bathroom floor. Also, mold and mildew in every drain and under soap holder in bathroom, sink didn’t drain adequately. Pillows were all stained and not even good enough to sleep on. Asked for more and was told they were all stained and didn’t have any additional to give us. Bed was so hard and springs at the surface so good night sleep wasn’t an option. Will not be back!

My stay was great! Relaxing after a full day of work. But the best part of the trip was how wonderful your staff treated me! Madison was awesome and so kind! She offered great advice on local sites, restaurants and answered my queries with great enthusiasm. I missed her on her days off! So glad she was at the front desk the day I checked in! Also, I met another lady while staying here and we are now friends! See the attached picture of all of us…

As expected. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a good nights rest. Carpets were starting to be worn and had that slightly musty smell.
