Newly renovated family retreat with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 decks; sleeps up to 15. Located across the street from the beach, sit on the deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. A fenced-in yard, central air, kids’ toys and games make this family-friendly listing a must-see.

**Note: rentals are Saturday to Saturday during summer season**

Bedroom 1: Designed for kids in mind, includes twin-over-full bunk beds with a trundle.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with oversized closet and TV
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, TV, and desk for working at your home away from home
Bathroom: Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects bedrooms 1 and 2 and includes a shallow bath, making bathing kids a breeze

The living room includes a big screen TV and pull-out sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and a pack n play and high chair are available in kitchen closet. Additionally, the first floor has a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom includes king size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Adjoined to master bedroom
Bedroom 2: Includes twin-over-full bunk beds as well as queen size bed and TV
Bedroom 3: Twin-over full bunk beds in shape of a pirate ship make this a fun room for kids.

Office/lounge area: With a beautiful ocean view from the third-floor deck, this room includes a desk, providing a dedicated work space. It includes keyboard, monitors, docking station, mouse, and printer. A large sleeper-sofa and TV makes this a fun "hang-out" room as well.

The property was amazing. It was not only exactly as listed but even more. There was ample room for myself and the fellow guests It was located near plenty of things with a great lay out to the property. The host was extremely communicative and answered any and all questions and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this property to any one considering staying here. I would very much return if presented with the opportunity.

Good bang for the buck. You will need to be OK with a few things that aren't beautiful; for example, the vinyl siding is falling off some of the sliding glass doors. You also have to bring your own towels--both bath towels and beach towels. But if you can live with those limitations the house is great--tons of space and a half block to the beach. All of the appliances, both the two kitchens and the two washers and dryers, worked fine, and the AC did the trick on warm days. All of the bedrooms were adequately sized, and the second floor kitchen, dining area and gathering space worked great for a family of twelve ranging in ages from the 70's to the under-two's.

Great location! Short walk to the beach, live music every night and a yard for the kids to play in. House was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved being able to sit out on the beautiful porch and enjoy the local atmosphere. Location was also close to stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a lovely park. Kerry was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had.

Grandpa’s 70th birthday

We had the best time in Kerry’s lovely beach house!! The house is huge, bigger than the pictures show, and filled with everything our family could ever want for family week at the beach. Bikes, sand toys, infant beach tent, family games, all neatly organized and ready to use; and, the location is two houses from the beach. Celebrating grandpa’s 70th birthday, we entered this lovely home to find a card and gift from the host for him! That was so sweet and thoughtful. We all liked this house so much we decided to make family week at Kerry’s beach house our annual tradition. Can’t wait to come back next year!
