Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and a nice hot breakfast. But two things. (1) The ice from the third floor ice machine has black debris in it. Looks like bugs but not. (2) And the hot tub only has one stair with about a 18-24 inch drop off. Once the jets are you can't see this. I took a serious fall. Luckily the water broke my fall. They need to put up a sign or redesign the hot tub. These aren't reasons not to stay. But be aware.

The area is not the best and the deposit is high for a reason. I live in the area and stayed to help accommodate family for a wedding. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve even been to. Staff were amazing.

This was the cleanest, nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and happy. The continental breakfast also had the best selection of any continental breakfast I've ever had. I'll definately be staying here again.
