My husband and I stay here every year for the last five years. It’s located in between Atlantic City and Ocean City so we can go either way on Any Given Day and we’re right in between. We’re probably actually closer to Atlantic City. The breakfast buffet is divine. The room is always outstandingly clean. This last time our window was a little dirty, but that’s about it. They have a beautiful little beach. And customer service is always excellent.

I rented 3 rooms, 1 for each of us- we were on a golf trip. ! of my friends, after entering his room, found the bed sheets were stained & apparently not changed, the TV did not work & the room had a nasty smell. He went down to the lobby & they gave him a new room- in this room the TV remote did not work. The other 2 rooms were average, not the cleanest but adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was horrible- orange juice was watery & I asked the attendant to change it & because she was on her phone, she took her good old time. Eggs were dried out & not freshly made, the only decent thing was a warm cinnamon roll but there was only 1 ! I again asked if there were more to put out & it seemed like I was asking for the "moon!" In about 10 minutes another tray of cinnamon buns appeared on the counter, but then were left covered & not heated or warmed. After a half hour of trying to get something decent we had to leave & find breakfast elsewhere.
