Welcome to our newly renovated beach block condo in lovely Brigantine Beach, New Jersey. If you are seeking an ocean escape to relax, simplify, and recharge --- this is it. Under 200 steps to the beach!! 1st floor unit - no steps required! Maximum occupancy is 2 people. IMPORTANT: Due to the city of Brigantine Occupancy laws, and owner preference, we only rent to 2 people. Please do not rent this property if you have more than 2 people in your party. It will be considered breaking house rules if you have more than 2 people at the property or anywhere in the condo complex during your stay.

This is our treasured jewel that we use as our family escape. In 2023 we gutted and renovated our place in a coastal and refreshing manner. We use our place throughout the summer, but for the first year ever we are offering our place as a rental on weeks we aren't there for others to enjoy it.

Our condo is part of a condo complex known as "The Carousel", and includes a safe environment with a designated parking spot steps away, a clean and fun community pool for swimming or relaxing, and a community courtyard. An easy-access parking spot for your car is steps away, and there is a bike rack in case you want to bring your bikes. Laundry access is within the complex with a new electronic pay system. There are a few community tables in the courtyard that can be used for meals, playing board games, or socializing.

The Queen bed and twin bunk beds are made up with quality sheets for your comfort. The bathroom sparkles and conveniently comes with shampoo and soap. Ample closet space including a wall closet unit and chest of drawers, as well as extra bed drawers for space. Smart TV and speedy/reliable Wifi. The kitchen is small but mighty - equipped with plenty of storage and newer appliances, though Brigantine and nearby Atlantic City ($15 Uber ride and tons of delivery options) offer a wide array of dining options for your vacation pleasure. Coolers, beach chairs, beach tags, umbrella & more! Close to AC but also world's away in terms of peace.

We are only interested in renting to responsible adults who have the utmost respect for our property and the condo surroundings. The community is filled with thoughtful owners and the residents treasure their time as well -- so no parties or shenanigans. Our property is ideal for a couple and guests must be 24 years +. 2 people maximum - NO exceptions.

No smoking and no pets. The Carousel Condominium list of rules & regulations will be provided and must be followed.

We can't promise you sunshine, but we can promise you a relaxing, clean, and easy stay.

Great place

If you are looking for a place very close to the beach, this is for you. The beach is less than a 5 minutes walk down a short street and the beach is beautiful.Brigantine Beach is a cute little city. While a beach town, it is not too "touristy." The town is quiet and traffic is light. Entertainment options are limited, but you are so close to AC and other locations it hardly matters. The condom itself is small, but clean and comfortable. It is the perfect size for two people. The complex has a pool that looked inviting, but we opted for the ocean.The hosts were very easy to work with an accommodating. They allowed us the arrive early with no complaints at all. They have their place stocked with everything you might need for the beach- chairs, towels, toys, etc. I 100% recommend considering this rental for your trip to Brigantine.

Fabulous condo!!

My daughter and I have one beach vacation a year for her birthday and this year in Brigantine didn’t disappoint! This is a beautiful cozy condo with absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable beds, lovely shower and mere steps to the beach. The pool right outside the front door was perfect! Our amazing host gave us so many great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do on the island. It was a great time and we can’t wait to come back!!

Hidden Gem

Brigantine is a hidden gem. Quiet, clean, friendly and beautiful beach front. Dianne , our host was easy to communicate with throughout the trip. When the weather wasn't the most cooperative even extended check out so we enjoyed a big t more time on the beach. Cute updated condo for 2 people. We cooked a little and enjoyed the surrounding spots. A quick trip to AC is super easy as well. Definitely a great time.

Amazing Beach Chic Condo!

The most perfectly updated, cozy, clean, beach chic condo! This condo was perfect for my daughter and me as we were attending a basketball tournament in Atlantic City and didn’t want to stay in a hotel there. We were only 15 minutes from the tourney and were able to enjoy a little beach vacation as well since the beach is across the street! Everything you need is provided (sheets, towels, beach gear, etc..) as well as a detailed guide of Brigantine (things to do, places to eat etc..). The owner is very responsive and I highly recommend staying at this condo!

Brief getaway that worked!!

Due to family responsibilities my husband and I only had a few days this summer to get away on our own. This condo fit the bill so well it felt like we were gone longer than 3 days. Brigantine is just lovely, great beach, good food, family oriented so quiet with little traffic and bike friendly. This unit is a perfect size for 2 and has everything you need and then some. Diane really thought of everything and was very flexible with check in and check out with us to make the most of our time away. We are grateful.

Great place for any age

Brigatine is a hidden Gem. Our condominium was delightful. All the accessories were available and as advertised in all the documentation. Our host was most efficient and most helpful. We had a most enjoyable stay … highly recommended.
