In unit, free washer & dryer. Covered front porch. Each bedroom features queen beds, plus the living room has a new pull out sleeper sofa (queen bed size). Free Wi-Fi. It features a new kitchen with beautiful quartzite counters, stainless steel appliances, plus tons of cabinets & counter space. The breakfast bar provides seating and opens to the dining area. New LED recessed lighting accents the kitchen, but also carries through into the dining & living areas. New luxury vinyl plank floors flow throughout the unit. Each bedroom has new ceiling fans and large closets. The bathroom was also updated with new flooring, new tub & surround, new vanity & lighting, and quartzite counters that match the kitchen. The entire unit features vinyl windows, plus has a new trim package and fresh paint. Driveway for off-street parking located off the alley way behind the unit. Pets are not permitted.
