Sadly, it took 3 rooms to find a room that was amply clean for the night (see photos) - After a long day of travel that was frustrating. Jazz was accommodating in helping us find a clean room, but it shouldn’t have taken more than 1. Valet parking cost $40 (no other onsite parking available) - restaurant was missing many menu items (cereal, muffins, etc) We would not stay here again. Mattress, pillows and sheets were exceptionally comfortable.

I think they owe me another nights stay for the embarrassment at check in..it was clearly the front lady fault as to why my card wasn’t taken the payment.. . Cause the MOD clearly said it out of her mouth it wasnt nothing she(meaning me) do it was on our end. Especially when I knows I had money!.,she ran my card 3times and had me calling my bank cause I thought something was wrong with my card.

One of our favorite places to lodge in Atlanta, and this location has the best views of the city! We love sitting on the balcony at night. Room is super spacious and clean. The front desk staff is great and attentive. The valet was fine, but there was a disconnect between using the text to call for your car. The car was never ready and we still had to show our ticket suggesting the text in advance method was pointless. The staff did come into our room without knocking first to drop off water. Felt like a courtesy knock should be the standard during an active reservation. All minor things noted, overall this hotel is beautiful and we will return!

Lovely stay - Great location!

It was a lovely stay from the time we arrived from the time we left. Staff was extremely pleasant and the valet couldn’t have made it any easier to access our car when needing additional items. Everyone kindly greeted us and accommodated us as best they could. And the location was perfect!

Experience was amazing. Staff was friendly. I felt safe during my stay with Deliveries for Door dash seemingly accessible. A lot of homeless in the area, my phone in my room wasn't working advise the front desk but nothing was done. Would stay again.
