Check in was a mess. Instructions were that there would be a kiosk to check in which was not the case. Hotel is in a fairly remote location with few businesses around. The door to the lobby was locked, I rang the bell and waited, I had to actually call to get someone to come to the door and open it. Listing said minimum check-in age was 18 which is one of the reasons I booked this hotel upon check-in I was told that the minimum check-in age was 21. After explaining this, the staff member then said they would allow check-in but “if anything happens it’s not my fault.” As a young female traveling alone, this was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I ended up checking in but did not stay in the room, I took my things and ended up finding another place to stay and canceling the remainder of the reservation.

We arrived on site around 7:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. We rang the doorbell at least 4 times and still no one came out. I had to call the number which the person on the other end had to call the staff member to come up to the front to check us in - 30 mins after we arrived. The room was clean, shower was great, the bed felt like The room

I read the reviews for this hotel, and they were accurate! It was very clean and very nice. Check in was easy. The only thing that could be improved is that I could sure use a little better lighting, but I am still able to accomplish what I need to. Truly a gem!

Our room was very clean, the bathroom could use a little work, such as the ceiling was sort of peeling off. Location was great, because it was close to Kroger and Waffle House, walking distance. Beds were comfy too!
