Ok Visit. Food was good. Towels and comforter had stains. Clearly washed, but time to replace. Room needed an additional wipe down to truly feel clean. Room service was good, customer service was excellent.

Never greeted by the concierge, was not asked if we wanted to valet or if we needed help with our bags, but the cars in front and behind us with older differently colored skin patrons were immediately provided service. Room was small and I had to rebook thru the hotel website because they would not honor the King suite I booked thru hotels.com. They claimed all the King beds were sold out, however I immediately obtained a King suite thru their website.
