*Guest will also have SHARED access to the common spaces, which include the Living Room and Fully Equipped Kitchen located downstairs.

*Guest will NOT have access to any of the Upstairs Living area (Host Living Space).

GUEST INTERACTION:
*I will be home time to time and interaction is available as much as you like.

*I give my guest space, but I am available to answer any of your questions, requests or concerns via Home Away, email, or phone number provided. We can offer advice on food, outdoor activities, events and entertainment.

*We offer a friendly, comfortable, and quiet environment for you to relax and make yourself at home while you're exploring Atlanta.  We do our best to make sure all of our guests have a pleasant stay.

*Additional keys issued will include a key for your private master bedroom deadbolt lock, parking garage door entry key and gate fob.

*No Loud Noise after 11pm (please be respectful to neighbors)
*Guest will have their own designated Parking Spot
--Cars that fail to park in designated parking spot or labeled visitor parking spots are subject to towing or boot by the community security at the car owner’s expense 
*No Smoking on the premises
*No Pets/Animals allowed
*We can accommodate early check in with a $25 per hour fee for every hour before the 3pm check in. 
*We can accommodate late check out with a $25 per hour fee for every hour after your check out time of 11am.a
