We were seeing a show at the Fox Theatre and wanted walking distance...it was a bit sketchy walking after dark. Also there was no tv in the bedroom. We weren't there long enough to really need one but it was unexpected. A comfortable nights sleep for a good price.

This property and its employees were fantastic. We loved the location for walking to the Aquarium and The Fox Theater (great spots) However both Uber drivers advised us that we shouldn't be out walking around the area in the evening. They suggested Uber everywhere..... we would certainly stay here again but knowing what we know we would be more careful.

The pony was nice and it was easy to access once you get the digital key. The room itself was not as clean as I had hoped. The counter top had drink rings and dirt on it. Clearly not wiped down. The bed was pretty much on the floor so if you have a hard time getting up that’s something to consider. The rug had stains on it. The hallway was dirty and smelled of pot. The area is ok. 8 min ride to downtown and the conference center. Good restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Give it a 3/5

It was really neat and easy to check in all the instructions are very clear. The only thing I would say is all the furniture is very tiny so if you have anyone that’s over 6 feet they will be struggling.

Very nice. Not fancy but neat and everything that you need. Our fire alarm started beeping as soon as we went to bed but someone brought a battery up for us. The washing machine wouldn’t work and we were promised a service call but no one came. We were given a 50 credit for another stay but a refund would have been much better. Parking is very expensive but very convenient.

Everything was very nice. Did have to kill a couple larger bugs (beetle or cockroach size) in the room. But otherwise the amenities were spot on as to what was advertised. Very nice to walk to many local attractions and very easy to grab a Uber if needed.

Needing better signage for your parking

I had a difficult time finding the parking. I ran into another guest who had the same issue so it made me not feel so bad because the woman who worked there dead. The parking garage has signs telling you. You will be towed unless you are going to the noodle place. There are two big bay doors that are supposed to open when you put your code in, but there is no signage telling you this is the parking garage for the hotel. It’s a self service kind of hotel. The towels and soap, etc. that are supposed to be on different floors were not. I hope you like hearing what’s going on in the next room because the walls are paper thin. It’s nice to have a kitchen, it’s not so nice when your next-door neighbor continuously cooks curry. It’s a good location.
