4. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you`re booking within your city.
5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Smoking violations are subject to a $1000.00 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.

Refrigerator has been broke since December. Cockroachs running around both upstairs and down stairs. Stains on the sheets along with a pile of hair on top of them. Disgusting shower that looks like it has never been cleaned upstairs. Weed smell that they tried to cover up by dousing everything with strong smelling air freshener. Visible mold in several places. Host responds to messages but doesn't actually fix anything. I left after one night and asked for a refund. Highly doubt I will get one.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the refrigerator was not working and before I booked I sent the owner a messages asking if it was working due to the previous reviews and I was told the the problem was fixed but it was not fixed. Lucky it was cold so we was able to put out drinks on the balcony to get cold. Other than that the loft was exactly what the pictures was giving

There are multiple major appliance issues:1. As reported by multiple other guests in December, the fridge and freezer are both nonfunctional, so you are not able to keep any food or drinks cold.2. The downstairs toilet handle is broken and cannot be flushed without removing the lid, meaning there is effectively only one functioning toilet.While the host was responsive to our messages and promised to put in work orders, neither issue was fixed during our 3 day stay (and despite the host having multiple weeks' notice about the fridge/freezer being broken from previous renters).The home was not extremely clean. The floors were not broom swept and the carpet was not vacuumed.The furniture and decor is as described in the photos, and the location of the place is great. However, if you have a big group, it's good to keep in mind that:- The living room has only one couch and one chair, and the kitchen doesn't have any bar stools. So there really isn't enough space for more than 4-5 people in the living/dining area. - The top bunks on the loft bunkbeds are quite close to venting pipes in the ceiling, so it would be difficult for multiple people to sleep on the top of those beds.

The unit was not clean. The overall cleanliness was C- at best. We found a dead bug in the dishes. The refrigerator did not work. A toilet handle was broken in one bathroom. They did not respond when this was brought to their attention. All replies appeared to be automated responses that didn't address what you sent them. Looking at the newest reviews, past occupants had the same issues. If we needed to have stayed longer than two days, we would have left. The unit has such potential, but it's obvious the owner does not care. I would never recommend anyone renting this unit in the future.

We were sickened to arrive for our overnight stay at this property and find it disgustingly dirty: Large muddy footprints on the floor, hairs in the sink, moldy shower, roaches, smelly sheets that had not been washed, food on the floor in the kitchen. Even more disturbing was the owner's response even upon receiving photos: "thank you for letting us know". Cannot recommend this property or any others owned by this person. We arrived at midnight or we would have left and found another place to stay.

This host has a policy directly in place to abuse folks out of the most money possible. If you cancel within 30 days of booking their place, they will charge you half the cost of your reservation. Even if you book within that thirty day window, cancel less than four days later, and over two weeks before your reservation (amble time for them to rebook) you will still be charged 50% the cost of your stay.

Host was very nice and responsive. Apartment was nice. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator did not work. We were not able to have any groceries there to be able to cook or have cold drinks to drink. Also, be aware you will pay 30 to park on street and can’t leave your car there overnight. We had to move car at 1:30am to the parking deck and pay 24 more to park there. Again, the apartment was comfortable and host very friendly.

The stay was horrific! The refrigerator didn't work, never came the next day for an appointment they scheduled, and while waiting I wasted 700 worth of game tickets! The television didn't work and host has been avoiding contact from not just me but also vrbo! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST AND PROPERTY!!
