The Room was Spotless, our Room had No Microwave , No Vending Machines had to travel all the way Down to the Check in area to buy something to eat. The Food at the Restaurant was a 10, Breakfast time was from 6 to 11 am. Dinner was from 5 pm to 11 pm which was good. You had to put a 100.00 dollar deposit but once checked out was told anything about how much was charged. Make sure you ask.

I was initially assigned an accessible room. There were two TVs and one remote. It would turn one on but not off or mute or anything. The room was terribly dark. I was assigned another that was also very dark. Sound proofing is poor with plane noise frequently.

I was pleased with my stay at the Raddison. The staff were friendly, my food at the Restaurant (wings and fries) were good. My room was spacious and I was conveniently located near the airport. I will definitely be back!

The staff was very rude. Even asking where the elevator was when first arriving was treated like a burden to them. Getting any info about the shuttle was difficult. The shuttle driver was helpful but angry. Just an overall unpleasant experience.
