I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very neat and clean, the appliances were up to date, and everything was very polished. The only critique I have is that the front desk staff didn't answer the phone. When I passed the desk, they weren't on the phone, but when I called from the room, the line was always busy. Besides that, everything else was fine.

not the best went down and asked for a cup of coffee this morning said they didn’t have any. I didn’t see no breakfast. Also I was told there was $18 charge to park my car there when I questioned them about it. They said they were gonna waive it, which they did. I don’t know it’s just a misleading.

After checking in and arriving to my room, I was told by corporate that I was not in their system and they could not help me with an issue. The issue was a random guy showing up less than five minutes of me walking into the hotel room. The guy knocks and twists the door handle. I was then told by the front desk that they had no idea who the guy was. Once I asked for my refund so I could leave this unsafe place, I was then told the guy was an “exterminator,” and they forgot who he was.
