This hotel is a radisson franchise and not really up to the radisson standard Room was adequate and clean but lighting was poor, pillows were of low quality. There is no room service and a limited dinner menu.

The room was not highly rated as every review seemed. The bed had no box springs so was very low to the floor. The mattress had body ruts in it. The bathroom mirror had built-in lights but had been replaced with very dim ones. If I was a woman attempting to apply makeup it would’ve been a disaster not being able to see. The room could’ve been cleaner too.

The room was adequately clean however could’ve used a good vacuuming and wipe down. Three star hotel at best. Guests were loud. Even after treating a new room in another floor. They need a policy for quiet hours. Hotel staff shouldn’t have to literally pound on another guests door for them to turn their music down. Communal microwave would blow a fuse after using for 3 minutes and 45 seconds. Nice part, I had a room by the airport runway.
