Upon first arrival was welcomed by strong smell of weed in the elevator. Tried restaurant and food was not as expected, meaning it tasted like it had come out of a box and had been microwaved. Manager basically said he had never heard that before and would not offer refund. Biggest disappointment was use of plastic plates and plastic utensils for all meals - seriously? Room was okay but lighting very poor in room and especially in bathroom. It is apparent the hotel owner(s) are not interested in guests’ good experience but in saving every penny possible. For example, there are 2 elevators but only one (1) is operational at ALL times. Very frustrating. Will not stay again.

I had a reservation through Orbitz and this hotel cancelled our booking with NO NOTICE. I have never had this problem with this app but the customer service was terrible and helped with nothing. We arrived at 8 PM and have a flight at 5 in the morning with hardly any hotels near available.

The hotel was attractive inside on our first impression. However, when we went to the bar it changed dramatically! My husband and I were dressed casually but nice. We sat at the bar while the only other people where 2 men were sitting at the other side of the bar. The bartender never acknowledged we were there. The 2 men left, so since she still hadn’t acknowledged us, we went to where they had sat, thinking she just couldn't see us (there are only about 8 stools total). Still nothing! Finally I leaned forward on the bar and waved my hand and she asked if we wanted something! We ordered and left as soon as we were done since she just complained about how cold she was. Not the typical bar tender conversation. In the morning we went to check out and there wasn’t a staff person anywhere! Bed was good. Parking lot big. Minimal towels. Our room was on 1st floor- could hear planes overhead loudly, along with neighboring visitors. Wouldn’t recommend!
