The host was very welcoming. Everything looked just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I would say the only downside was we could not control the AC so the room was a little hot at night but if you’re looking for a place to rest your head, this is a good place to stay at.

It is quite literally a room in someone’s backyard in a run down neighborhood. Please do your due diligence and read ALL the reviews. I could have prevented losing even more money on my trip. Upon check in, the host sent me photos and steps to access the unit. After viewing these, I realized there is absolutely no way I can stay here. Ended up finding a hotel for near the same price and my OWN space.

Booked this didn’t realize it was a room in someone’s house in the backyard.

Neighborhood is definitely not as expected. Next to a house with junk all in their yard and neighborhood of run down homes. You barely have any room to walk inside what is said to be a studio apartment but is what looked like a master bedroom with stuff crammed in it to make it look like an apartment. You might as well stay in a hotel room with walking space.She said it was a shared driveway if other people have a vehicle there then move yours so that would have been a pain. Should say studio in the ghetto. I asked if this was an actual apartment before arrival and did not get a response on this but figured out last minute when I arrived. I was due for surgery the next day and was out until after ten at night searching for somewhere else to stay. Tried to get atleast a partial refund and of course as to be expected was denied. please don’t rent from this individual and make the same mistake as I did and be out not only the money you paid but out more and time trying to find another place to stay.
