The telephone didn't work so I couldn't call in to the front desk for a wake up call. And the bathroom needs a little bit of work overall was fine it was they're only there one night but they need to spend some money on this place

The staff, as always, was great. I had an issue with my card for incidentals and they allowed me to check into the room still. It was late, I had spent hours traveling after work. I was tired and upset about my card issue. The front desk guy was so nice.

We called the front desk as we had warm water and no hot water for showers at all. We called them several times, maintenance came to the room checked something, said they would come back and never returned. After long travels very disappointed.

"He sido cliente frecuente de los Hoteles Sonesta, aunque hacía tiempo desde mi última visita. En esta ocasión, noté que las instalaciones muestran el paso del tiempo. Específicamente, creo que es necesario mejorar la limpieza de las alfombras en las áreas comunes y actualizar los televisores a Smart TV, algo estándar hoy en día. Por otro lado, un gran aplauso por ofrecer cargadores para vehículos eléctricos (EV), es un excelente servicio."
