Daundree at front desk was excellent. Did not have hot water in handicapped room the whole three days. Ask for a plumber to check and they never came. No soap bars brought to room. I demand a refund. Will never stay there again

Everything about our stay was perfect. I have to say tho the customer service woman at the counter should be put into management. She was beyond excellent. I dont know her name but i am hoping you can trace her shift with our stay and compliment her. She just sealed the deal

Only stayed one night but it was amazing. The room was clean and the bed soft!! Front desk was able to answer all questions and help me out!! Would definitely be staying again at any chance I get!! We were even able to check out easy and fast around 10:30 and hop right in the shuttle for the airport. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition!!
