We had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had blood on sheets. The 3rd and final room had mold in the shower. The sheets were dirty as you can see the picture below. The tables beside the bed had dirt and stuff all over them. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I can say that.

I wish i could rate it higher than the 5 stars just because of the staff more than anything. We checked in on 05/23/25, staff were super friendly, super helpful and super polite. Rooms were pretty good except for the sofa, kinda sinks in the middle so you cant get comfy on it. Did i mention how awesome the staff were ? Hotel is within walking distance to grocery store, cvs and various resturaunts close by, highly reccomend if you are in the area.

Comfortable beds

I’m always seeking reviews for comfortable beds and this one was comfortable. Everything went well except they gave us an accessible room instead of regular and we needed the regular room for a taller closet and bigger refrigerator. I had already started to unpack when my husband went to complain at which point they gave us a regular room.
