The hotel needs immediate renovation. The carpet is worn and needs replacement and the wash cloths that were provided were old and worn. The price was good but I can see why, also there is not a staff member at the front desk 24 hours. The room doesn't match the pictures.

Room was not cleaned. Stains on the sheets one of which looked still wet from whatever substance was on it and someone had used the shower. Towels and soap were on the ground. Room and hallway going to it smelled and were filthy. I requested a refund and stayed somewhere else.

Staff was super rude. Checked in after hours and the staff had me wait in the lobby for over 30 min until they came to the desk to check me in. Staff was reached multiple times by her supervisor but staff seemed unbothered and made excuses why they weren’t able to get to the front. And was very defensive that she was asked to come check people in.

This was not the best place in my opinion. I was unaware that this extended stay was used mostly for weekly/monthly guests in this area. It was more like an efficiency. Property is old and very outdated. I do not imagine me staying here again.
