For the money they charge a night for a rooms is unacceptable they need to be remodeled they need new beds the breakfast your being charged for with the room is horrible. I stay here because it’s close for me to get to work.

That was absolutely terrible. It was freezing cold. The heat didn’t work. And the shower wasn’t hot. Need I say more? Oh right the manager said all of the rooms have the same problem. And just told me to keep waiting. And there was NO breakfast!

It was a budget stay for 2 nights but we were not expecting to see prostitutes being dropped off, apparent drug deals in the parking lot, strong smell of marijuana until about 4 am when the ongoing foot traffic in front of our room died down. We did take turns staying up and watching our car out the window all night until we left about 7 am. It was that bad. For the room, the walls had obvious sticky spots (??), the iron / ironing board had been removed (new holder still there), carpet appeared dirty. Based on the personal & property safety concerns, we asked for a refund on the 2nd night. The clerk said he had no authority and we would have to deal with Days Inn / our booking agency. After multiple calls with a variety of Indian call centers (and several directions to 'speak with the person at the hotel') we finally got a commitment for a refund. This took all day -we had already booked our 2nd night at another property before we had resolution on this.

The room was very dirty, towels soiled, dirty ground, non working wall plugs, limited continental breakfast. Strange weed smells. My family and I were very disappointed! My three kids (youngest 13months old) pants was heavily soiled with dirt when she crawled on the floor for approximately 10 seconds. Poor hygiene and aesthetics. Please upgrade. I have never wanted to leave a hotel as fast I did there.
