Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I wish i could give this apartment 0/5 stars, it was horrible. The fridge was very dirty (had opened ice cream and a spilled liquid inside) and had a nasty powerful sour smell (like spoiled milk). The cupboards were full of black mold and infested with ants. The laundry washer was full of black mold and disgusting. When I reached out to expedia customer support, the agent, Rahul, was very helpful and kind. He conctacted the property owner and told her about the situation. She lied to him claiming she went to the apartment and checked and everything was fine. I then sent picture proof of everything and Rahul conctacted her again and told her she has to fix these issues. She promised she would come 1:00PM so my family and I waited for her and she never ended up coming so we called Rahul. She told him she did come and fix everything which was a complete lie. Rahul connected us on a three way call and she started yelling on the phone calling us liars and said she never received anything from Rahul telling her about our concerns (another lie). Rahul knew that the owner was lying about everything and decided to refund all our money which we were very thankful for. Please stay away from this property.
