The space
Entering the house you will find a Hall Tree with a Big mirror to accomodate you every time you enter or leave the apartment.

The apartment has 3 spacious Bedrooms, a cozy hall / living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower panel and two balconies. There is Air Conditioning in all of the bedrooms, that can be used for both cooling and heating.

- Hall Area
Across the entrance wall there is a wall mounted desk with two integrated fully functioning computers. This surface can also be used as a dining table.

- Living Room
The first thing you will notice is the lighting set up of the room. You can sit comfortably and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or browse the internet on a 43" smart TV mounted on the wall in front of you.

- Bedroom 1 - Iris. Calming blue walls with intricate designs will welcome you on a big double bed. Next to the built in wardrobe with hangers, you will find a dressing table with a chair to help you get ready for going out. If you choose to stay though there is plenty to stream on Netflix or Amazon Prime on a 43" smart TV. You can also regulate the temperature with an A/C.

- Bedroom 2 - Daisy. We created a welcoming feng shui feeling for a cozy and uplifting vibe! For the practical part of it, you will find a big wardrobe and a dressing table. Also the is an 43" smart TV to stream any content you want, while you have an A/C at your disposal.

- Bedroom 3 - Azalea. Warm pink walls will sooth you to sleep, unless you want to watch Netflix, access the internet on the 43" smart TV or you want to catch up some work using your laptop at the desk next to the wardrobe. A/C also included in this bedroom.

- Trendy Kitchen
You will find anything you want in this modern kitchen. An oven, a cooktop, a fridge with refrigerator, glasses, plates, utensils, pots and of course a versatile pan.

- Revitalising Bathroom
In this room you will find a modern washbasin with adjustable color on its mirror.
Furthermore you will admire the walk in shower and the standing hydromassage installation.

- 2 Balconies. If you want to take a look at the Athenian Skyline or take a breath of outdoors air, without leaving the apartment, you can get out on one of the balconies. The One is accessible from the Blue and the Pink bedrooms, while the Yellow bedrooms balcony is a private one. Since smoking is not allowed indoors, the balconies are the only places where someone can smoke.
