Sarakin's Mansion Luxury Retreat

The apartment.. Sarakin’s Mansion is a fully renovated, 150 sq. meter apartment on the second floor featuring five balconies and a private secured parking space.

It consists of two main rooms:

Room 1# Elegant, in neoromantic and minimalistic style, consisting a piano and a King-size bed (180X200).

Room 2# Boho, inspired by the Eastern and Moroccan culture with an atmospheric lighting and a Queen-size bed (160X200).

The apartment also has two spacious bathrooms: the first, in white and green tones, evokes the feeling of being in a jungle, while the second, styled with wood and stone and equipped with a jacuzzi, offers a spa-like experience.

Additionally, including an office room with a touch of cinematic charm, perfect for our digital nomads. Including an urban-styled workstation equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse and headphones -exercise equipment- and of course...a table soccer.

Τhe kitchen room is fully equipped with all the necessary devices and spices for cooking, baking, all type of coffee makers and plenty of delicious, tasty treats with a huge bar. (electric stove, microwave, electric barbeque, toaster, mixers, pots, pans, all types of plates, glasses and cups, and all types of coffee makers).

The living room reflects the family's history dating back to the late 19th century, featuring a neo-baroque style harmoniously blended with bohemian elegance and cinematic charm. It's the perfect space to enjoy your stay and spend quality time with your family as it has a huge handmade sculptured dining table and a library full of books, board games and toys. Additionally, the sofa can be turned into a big and comfortable double bed. Besides the two bedrooms and the sofa, if necessary there are two extra folding beds, so the apartment can host up to 8 persons.. and let’s not forget the wooden bar on the central balcony, nestled within a mini jungle enriched by native plantation and guarded by the mansion’s mascot, Sarakin.

The space also has central heating, air conditioning in all rooms, soundproofing, shade curtains, shutters, double glazed windows, mosquito nets and 24-hour security/protection with an alarm system, as well as security doors and a hotel card/key.

Sarakin’s mansion is in a quiet, luxurious, peaceful and safe neighborhood (ideal for families and relaxing), just 300m from the beach's main gate (Akti tou Iliou, Cape Sol and Bolivar) and 500m from the largest marina for private and tourist boats (Marina of Alimos). Located in a beautifully green point on the South side of the town, combining the culture of the city along with the seaside flair of the Athenian Riviera. Convenient transportation is being provided by the train and buses that connect all parts of Athens, especially from/to Piraeus port and to the Airport. The respective stations are within close range.
As well there is an easy access to downtown Athens and the archaeological centre (Parthenon, Acropolis Museum, Ancient Greek and Roman market, Lycabettus Hill, Monastiraki, Plaka, Syntagma square) approximately in 20’via transport. Just a few blocks from the apartment is the central market of Alimos where you can find all types of shops (banks, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops etc.) and four of the biggest brand names of supermarkets in Greece, that also provide a delivery option.
Besides, you can indulge in exploring a variety of restaurants that offer plenty of delicious options of traditional and international dishes. You can choose to enjoy it either by visiting the restaurants or by ordering it, and enjoying in the comfort of your apartment. The location offers an ideal place to explore all the Southern beauties of Athens, such as Sounion with the archeological monument of Poseidon's temple, Lake of Vouliagmeni, Trokadero, Mikrolimano etc. There is a stunning and magnificent coastline that is parallel to the main road (Poseidon's Avenue) giving you an experience full of beautiful, picturesque sunsets and endless beaches. The coastline is full of taverns, the most known clubs of Athens, coffee shops etc.
