The neighborhood is in a growing, evolving area with a charming public greenway just a short walk away. While some parts of the walk don't have sidewalks, it's still a pleasant and peaceful route—and there's also convenient public parking available if you'd rather drive. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. It includes access to the three beautiful bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry machines, front porch, backyard, fast wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more.

We have free parking for up to two vehicles behind the house, and additional curbside parking is available in front of the house on the street.

The three spacious bedrooms are beautifully-decorated and offer full-length mirrors, new furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed featuring a Purple mattress and organic Supima cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.

The luxurious primary bedroom offers a flat-screen TV and a comfy armchair that provides the perfect place to curl up with a good book. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A second full bathroom provides a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There’s an additional half bath on the main floor of the home.

The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests.

Ideally located in a residential neighborhood just North of the Classic Center, you can enjoy your peace and quiet while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you enjoy the downtown scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

Uber and Lift are available for anyone who doesn't want to drive around Athens. If you choose to walk to downtown, please note that there are areas without sidewalks and a few transitional neighborhoods on the route. There is a nearby public transit stop, you can look up routes on the Acc gov website.
