No communication from hotel

I communicated my arrival time on the Hotel web messaging service after the hotel wrote to me on it. When I arrived, the hotel was locked up solid, no light, no one answering door or phone. My cab driver took me to a different hotel. If Beulah Hotel charged my credit card, I will dispute it.
