Return visitor, but even taking into account the history of the hotel, the rooms are becoming increasingly tired. No hot water in the room & reception were completely unhelpful 'oh they should have told you that at check-in'.....seriously! Floyd in the main bar rescued the visit somewhat though, as he is always super helpful & good fun.

Check in staff was so welcoming. Dinner on the verandah was excellent, originally from New Orleans and our dinner surpassed our best dinner there! Sunset was absolutely gorgeous!
