A three-room apartment of approximately 90 square meters on two levels, comprising a spacious living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a bathroom with tub. On the first floor, with direct outdoor access, is a bedroom with a double sofa bed. A large, panoramic terrace with sofas, a parasol, and a dining table is also available.

Immersed in pristine nature and just a short distance from Assisi, the estate welcomes guests to a charming atmosphere amidst olive groves and vineyards, with a splendid view of the San Francesco complex. The farmhouse, accessible via a short dirt road, retains the authentic rustic look of an Umbrian farmhouse and has been divided into five independent apartments—studios, one-bedroom apartments, and a spacious two-bedroom apartment—dedicated to the alchemical elements of Sun, Moon, Earth, Fire, and Water. Each apartment is carefully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.

On the lawn, just steps from the farmhouse, is the swimming pool with a furnished garden area. Barbecue facilities, parking, and mountain bikes are available for excursions along the Franciscan trails. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, DOP wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, in-villa chef service, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, which enhance the authenticity of your stay.
