Reber Hill House is a serene farm escape located in Ashville Ohio. With 3 bedrooms we're ready to accommodate up to 8 people.

The house features a walk-out basement to a swimming pool surrounded by acres of peaceful rural pastures. An accessible primary bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. On the lower-level, there is a King bedroom with access to full-bathroom, and a separate small bunk room for 4 sleepers. Sorry, no children under the age of 12 (safety issue with unprotected pool).

Ample parking, pickleball, Table Tennis, beautiful grounds to walk. There is a 3 season room, deck, multiple living rooms and more to enjoy your time away. We recommend disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility of Reber Hill House!
