Yes the rooms were neglected. Two elevators amd ome was out of service. The ice machine out of order too. I didn't feel safe at all.

It was an ok stay. The staff is really nice. Room was ok. Charged me an extra $80.00 only got one bottle of wine didnt drink it because it was gross. Had to open it myself as the girl.in the main lobby didn't know how to open corked wine. Never went upstairs to the bar, as i could hear the wedding party above sliding chairs across the floor. So if you stay try to be on level two or 3. As the bar is above floor 4. Also terrible parking for hotel guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lobby was cute and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable and we appreciated the personal throw blanket at the end of each bed. We loved the view of the beautiful water and cool bridge. We enjoyed the spa was just steps away. We didn’t get a chance to sample the breakfast but it smelled delicious and rooftop bar area was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Was disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the bar due to a wedding ( There should be a separate one for guests). Great location with a lot of things to do with in walking distance. Parking was limited.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very familiar with this area and there are several restaurants within a couple minute walk. Wished the Lift Bar would've had more food options. Beautifully decorated building, clean rooms, great view.

The hotel was up to date and clean, the staff was courteous and friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Fall. It was fun to see the Halloween decorations, pirate-themed, in the Lift Bar when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was ok, the usual eggs, potatoes, pancakes, french toast sticks, bagels etc. But other than that, I rate this hotel a 5 across the board.

Rooms were clean and nice , bar was expensive $13 for a beam and coke for a short glass un heard of . Cross street $4 for a tall one and highly recomend it , all was good except for idiot that decided to smoke in their room and set off fire alarm so we had to evacuate the building. Staff was awsome !

The hotel was clean and well maintained. I believe it is a fairly new construction. My only comment is that room seemed a bit small. It’s not really a complaint since I was alone and just watched TV a bit, slept, and showered. It was a nice room. The exercise facility was clean and had the necessary equipment. It was a good overnight stay.
