In the spacious living room, vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying cooler evenings.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, TV, and desk — ideal for guests who need a quiet space to work or unwind.
The partially finished basement is your ultimate fun zone, featuring a pull-out full-size couch (perfect for two kids or one adult), a foosball table, and two arcade games for some friendly competition.

Pet-Friendly
Up to two dogs are welcome for a flat $125 fee per stay.
Requests for additional dogs may be approved for an extra $100 fee. NO cats allowed.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. This helps maintain a clean, allergy-safe space for all guests.
Pool Details
The pool is open seasonally from May 15 to October 12 (weather permitting).
Pool heating is available for $75 per night.
If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, please message us right away so we can resolve it promptly.
We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to complete our pre-arrival verification steps before check-in is confirmed. This includes reviewing the house rules, submitting a valid ID that matches the booking, and signing our short rental agreement. Once these steps are completed, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock code and full check-in details. These quick steps help us keep our home secure and provide every guest with a safe and seamless stay.

Replace cover after use; no pets in hot tub.
Please shower with soap and water before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, or other residues that affect water quality.
If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower afterward to prevent irritation.
Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or scents to the hot tub without HomeHop’s approval. Improper use may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
