Hotel did NOT match pictures on hotels.com. Room was terrible - stains all over furniture and carpets, as well as toilet. It was disgusting. Had a king bed and only got 2 flimsy pillows. When we asked for more, we were told they didn’t have any more pillows. We left as early as possible the next day and will never stay here again.

Great Staff!

The hotel clearly needs updating. But the manager Kim, and her staff are EXCELLENT! They are superior in handling any situation that comes their way related to hotel conditions.

Not a easy night.

Upon arrival AC was not working in lobby or any hallways. They had box fans plugged in the wall. Very warm! Pool was not working. 1/3 full of water. Change machine broken. Men's restroom urinal out of order. No detergent available in guest laundary.
